BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MARYLAND 

IN THE MATTER OF ARENA HART SOLAR, LLC’S APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT A 4.0 MW SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITY IN CECIL COUNTY, MARYLAND

NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE 

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Arena Hart Solar, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 4.0 MW single-axis tracking solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland.  

 The proposed Project is located at 28 Freyers Lane, Conowingo, Cecil County, Maryland. 

Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/@mdpscpuljs327. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters and the establishment of a procedural schedule will be discussed. 

Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Friday, October 2, 2026 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at https://psc.maryland.gov, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9893.
